To make the QSDsan platform more accessible, we host workshops and develop
educational materials that walk through the steps of Quantitative Sustainable Design
(QSD) and how they are executed using QSDsan.
Workshops¶
During the 2022 Association of Environmental Engineering and Science Professors (AEESP) Research and Education Conference, we hosted a workshop on Quantitative Sustainable Design (QSD), familiarizing participants with a structured approach to sustainable design and providing experience in leveraging QSD to generate insight in their domains of interest.
We hosted an entry-level QSDsan workshop at the 27th Environmental Engineering
and Science (EES) Symposium
at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where attendees interacted with
QSDsan through Binder with no local installation or
prior programming knowledge required.
